Getting Started

Welcome to HOV & Co — a Georgia-based creative studio specializing in high-impact photography and videography. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to browse, purchase, and download content from our platform.

You can use the site as a guest or create a free account. A free account gives you a permanent purchase history, the ability to re-download your photos at any time, and access to exclusive promo codes.

Tip

Creating an account is free and takes less than a minute. Your purchases are saved forever so you can always come back and re-download.

Creating an Account

Having an account means all your purchases are saved in one place and accessible whenever you need them. Here's how to sign up:

Click Create Account in the top navigation or footer.

Enter your name and email address, then choose a secure password (at least 8 characters).

Click Create Account to complete registration.

Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the verification link.

Once verified, you'll be signed in automatically and ready to go.

Note

Your email address is used only for account access, purchase confirmations, and download links. We never share it with third parties.

Browsing Content

All content is organized into galleries. You can browse photos and videos separately from the main navigation.

Click Photos or Videos in the top navigation to view all galleries.

Click any gallery to open it and browse the individual images or clips inside.

Click a photo or video to view it full-size. Free content can be downloaded immediately.

For paid content, you'll see the price and an Add to Cart button.

Tip

Galleries marked Free allow unlimited downloads at no charge. Paid galleries or individual photos will show their price clearly before you add anything to your cart.

Purchasing Photos

Purchasing photos is simple and secure. All payments are processed by Stripe — we never store your card information.

Click Add to Cart on any photo you'd like to purchase.

Continue browsing and adding items. Your cart icon in the navigation shows your current count.

When ready, click the cart icon and review your items.

If you have a discount promo code, enter it in the Promo Code field. Valid codes will show the discounted total.

Click Checkout and complete payment on the secure Stripe page.

You'll receive a confirmation email with download links immediately after payment.

Note

You can checkout as a guest (no account required) or as a logged-in user. Guest purchases receive a unique token via email to access downloads. Account holders can always find their purchases under My Purchases.

After Your Purchase

Once your payment is confirmed, your photos are ready to download immediately.

Via email: Check your inbox for the purchase confirmation. It contains direct download links for every photo you purchased.

Via My Purchases: If you have an account, sign in and go to My Purchases to see and re-download all your photos at any time.

Click the download button next to any photo to save the full-resolution file to your device.

Tip

Downloads are available permanently — there's no expiry. If you ever lose the file, just sign in and download again from My Purchases.

Guest Purchases

You don't need an account to purchase photos. Guests receive a unique access token via email that can be used to retrieve downloads at any time.

Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout without signing in.

Enter your email address at checkout — this is where your download link and guest token will be sent.

Complete payment on the secure Stripe page.

Check your inbox for a confirmation email containing your guest access token and download links.

Save this email — your guest token is the only way to retrieve your purchases without an account.

Tip

If you later create an account with the same email address, you can transfer your guest purchases to your account by entering the guest token in the My Purchases page.

My Purchases

The My Purchases page is your personal library. Every photo you've ever purchased is stored here, ready to download at any time.

Sign in to your account and click My Purchases in the navigation menu.

Browse your full purchase history. Each photo shows a thumbnail, date of purchase, and a download button.

Click the download button to save any photo to your device — as many times as you like.

Redeem a Code

The redemption box on the My Purchases page can be used to enter a guest purchase token (to transfer a guest order to your account) or a free photo promo code received from HOV & Co. Discount codes are entered at cart checkout, not here.

Promo & Discount Codes

HOV & Co occasionally provides promo codes for discounts or complimentary photos. There are two types of codes:

Discount Codes

Apply a percentage or fixed-amount discount to your cart total at checkout. Enter the code in the promo code field on the cart page before completing payment.

Free Photo Codes

Redeem specific complimentary photos to your account. Enter the code in the Redeem a Code box on your My Purchases page. Requires a free account.

How to use a discount code:

Add items to your cart and click the cart icon.

Find the Promo Code field and enter your code.

A green checkmark and discounted total will appear if the code is valid.

Complete checkout — the discount is applied automatically.

How to redeem a free photo code:

Sign in to your account (free photo codes require an account).

Go to My Purchases and scroll to the Redeem a Code box.

Enter your code and click Redeem.

The photos will appear in your purchase history immediately, ready to download.

Note

Each code can only be used the number of times specified when it was issued. Free photo codes are typically single-use. Codes have expiry dates — use them before they expire.

Account Management

Manage your account settings from the Account page, accessible from the navigation when signed in.

Changing Your Password

Go to Account in the navigation menu.

Click Change Password and enter your current password followed by your new password.

Click Save Changes to confirm.

Forgot Your Password?

On the Sign In page, click Forgot password?

Enter the email address associated with your account and click Send Reset Link.

Check your inbox for a password reset email and click the link inside.

Enter and confirm your new password, then sign in.

Note

For security, the reset link expires after a short period. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. Make sure you're entering the exact email address used to create your account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account to purchase photos?

No. You can checkout as a guest using just your email address. You'll receive a guest token via email to access your downloads. However, creating a free account gives you a permanent purchase history and the ability to re-download anytime.

How do I download my photos after purchase?

Download links are sent to your email immediately after purchase. If you have an account, you can also find all your purchases under My Purchases and download them at any time — there's no expiry.

Can I re-download a photo I already purchased?

Yes. Account holders can re-download any photo from the My Purchases page as many times as they need, forever. Guest purchases can be retrieved using the guest token sent in the original confirmation email.

What file formats are the photos delivered in?

Photos are delivered in their original, full-resolution format — typically high-quality JPEG. No compression is applied to purchased downloads.

I purchased as a guest. How do I move my purchases to my account?

Create an account using the same email address, then go to My Purchases and enter your guest token in the Redeem a Code box. Your guest purchases will be permanently attached to your account.

Where do I enter a promo code?

Discount codes are entered in the Promo Code field on the cart page before checkout. Free photo codes are entered in the Redeem a Code box on the My Purchases page (requires an account).

I haven't received my confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, make sure you entered the correct email at checkout. If you created an account, you can view your purchases directly under My Purchases without needing the email.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a leading payment processor. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or billing address — that information goes directly to Stripe's secure servers.

Can I use the photos for commercial purposes?

Purchases are for personal use only unless otherwise specified. Please review our Terms of Service for full licensing details, or contact us directly for commercial licensing inquiries.
