1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the HOV & Co website and purchasing digital content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers.

2. Digital Content License

All photographs, videos, and other media sold through this site are the exclusive intellectual property of HOV & Co. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the purchased content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the content
• Use the content for commercial purposes without a separate commercial license
• Remove or alter any watermarks, metadata, or copyright notices
• Share, upload, or post the full-resolution files publicly

3. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Guest purchases generate a one-time download token valid for 30 days with up to 5 downloads. Registered users can access their purchased content indefinitely through their account.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, we cannot issue refunds. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or harvest content
• Circumvent any technical measures protecting content access
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to photographs, videos, graphics, text, and the site design itself, is owned by HOV & Co and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be used without express written permission except as permitted by these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of the site is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOV & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or purchase of content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific content giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
